Terms of Service
Service Provision
Services are provisioned immediately upon payment confirmation. You retain full administrative access to your servers throughout the contract period.
Billing & Payment
Invoices are generated on your billing cycle date. Services may be suspended after 14 days past due. Reactivation is available within 30 days of suspension.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your dashboard. No long-term lock-in — monthly plans auto-renew until you cancel. Prepaid annual plans are eligible for prorated refunds within the first 30 days.
Refund Policy
New customers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase. Service credits are issued for SLA violations as defined in our uptime agreement.
Acceptable Use
Services must not be used for illegal activities, spam, malware distribution, or network abuse. Violations result in immediate suspension pending investigation.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We carry comprehensive infrastructure insurance for catastrophic events.
