Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Invoices unpaid after 3 days may result in service suspension. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include DDoS attacks, spam, hosting of illegal content, cryptocurrency mining, and any activity that disrupts other users.
RadarVPS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.
RadarVPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
We collect minimal data required to provide our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, see our Compliance page.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
