Do you require ID verification (KYC)?
We prioritize privacy. For standard VPS and Dedicated server orders paid via cryptocurrency, we do not require photo ID or invasive KYC documents. Some specific payment gateways (like credit cards) may require basic fraud checks.
How long does provisioning take?
VPS instances (Ghost and Phantom plans) are provisioned instantly after payment confirmation (usually 1-2 minutes). Dedicated servers (Spectre and Fortress) are typically online within 4 to 24 hours, depending on the custom configuration.
What is your policy on DMCA / Abuse?
We adhere to the laws of the jurisdiction where the server is physically located. While we support data sovereignty, we do not tolerate network abuse, phishing, or malware distribution. We forward valid legal complaints to the customer for resolution.
Can I upgrade my resources later?
Yes. You can scale your VPS CPU, RAM, and Storage instantly through the client control panel. Dedicated servers may require a scheduled maintenance window for hardware upgrades.
